Report a broken link

Platforms change their systems often. If a download fails, email us the exact post URL, the tool you used (Video, Photo, Reels, Story, IGTV or Carousel) and the error message shown on screen. Real examples let us fix the extractor much faster than a general report.

Copyright and content removal

Rights holders can ask us to block a URL or account from being processed. Send the post URL and proof of ownership to officialsellnity@gmail.com with the subject "Copyright notice", or follow the full process on our DMCA page. Valid requests are actioned within 72 hours.
