Copyright & DMCA Policy
Last updated: 18 August 2026
SnapGrab respects the rights of creators. We do not host, store or publish any user media: the tool streams a file directly from the source platform to the person who requested it. Even so, we act on valid copyright complaints and can block specific URLs or accounts from being processed by our service.
Filing a notice
Send your notice to officialsellnity@gmail.com with the subject line "Copyright notice". To be actionable it should include:
1. Your full name and contact details.
2. A description of the copyrighted work concerned.
3. The exact post URL or account you want blocked.
4. A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law.
5. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.
Our response
We review complete notices within 72 hours and, where the claim is valid, add the URL or account to our processing blocklist so SnapGrab can no longer fetch it. We will confirm the action by email.
Counter notice
If you believe a URL was blocked in error, reply to the same address with an explanation and evidence of your rights, and we will re-review the case.
Repeat infringers
We may permanently block accounts, domains or IP ranges that are repeatedly used to infringe copyright through our service.
Note for users
Downloading someone else's content does not give you the right to reupload, monetise or claim it. Always credit creators and get permission before reusing their work.
