By opening snapgrab.space or using any tool on it you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. What the service is

SnapGrab is a free technical utility that reads publicly available information about a social media post and streams the associated media file to your device. We do not host, store, index or republish that media, and we do not claim any rights over it.

3. Permitted use

You may use SnapGrab to download publicly available media for personal, non-commercial purposes such as offline viewing, archiving your own posts, or keeping a copy of content you have permission to save.

4. Prohibited use

You must not use SnapGrab to redistribute, resell, republish, monetise or claim authorship of content you do not own; to download private, restricted, paid or subscription-only material; to attempt to bypass any platform's privacy or access controls; to harass or harm any person; to run automated, bulk or scripted requests against the service; or in any way that breaks the terms of the source platform or the law that applies to you.

5. Copyright and creator rights

All downloaded media remains the property of its original creator or licensor. You are solely responsible for how you use every file you download. Rights holders can request removal or blocking of a URL through our copyright and DMCA process.

6. No affiliation

SnapGrab is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, YouTube, Google or TikTok. All product names, logos and brands are the property of their respective owners.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Source platforms change frequently, so we cannot guarantee that every link will work, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that a feature will remain available. We may add, change, limit or withdraw any part of the service at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapGrab and its maintainers are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profit, legal claim or indirect damage arising from your use of the service or from any file you download through it.

9. Advertising

The site may show third-party advertising to cover running costs. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their own ads and linked landing pages; we do not endorse them.
