How to download Facebook videos

The four steps
Open the video on Facebook
Play the video in the app or on the website so you land on the post itself rather than a feed preview.
Copy the video link
Tap the share icon (or the three dots at the top right) and choose Copy link. On desktop, right-click the video and pick Copy video URL, or copy the address bar URL.
Paste it into SnapGrab

On iPhone
iOS never puts a browser download straight into Photos. Safari stores the MP4 in Files → On My iPhone → Downloads. Open it there, tap the share icon and choose Save Video to move it into the camera roll.
In the Facebook app, use the three-dot menu → Copy link. Then switch to Safari and paste it here — the in-app browser blocks downloads.
On Android
Chrome saves the file to Internal storage → Download and your Gallery app usually indexes it within seconds. If it does not appear, move the MP4 into DCIM or Movies.
On desktop
Copy the URL from the address bar while the video plays, paste it above and pick the HD file. Windows and Mac both drop it into the browser download folder.
If it does not work
Private post or group: only public content can be fetched.
Login-wall link: open the post in a browser first and copy the resulting URL.
Deleted video: nothing is left to download.
